SHIPPING POLICY

We start shipping procedure immediately after receipt of your payment in our account. You will receive the payment receipt on your e-mail and order fulfillment started status. Accordingly you will receive the details on material shipped and docket number for tracking. Please note that delivery is third party and we, Koncept solar do not deliver it by ourselves. But don't worry, sit and relax as our team will make sure that you receive the step by step information of your order.

Standard Shipping:

Standard shipping takes minimum 7-10 working days depending upon pin code or area of delivery. This can be delayed to some extend depending upon the weight of package and pin code or area of delivery or due to unavoidable conditions or circumstances. Please note that no compensation whatsoever will be provided to customers in case of any delay. In case of any damage that happens in transit, then the customer will have to inform us within 24 hours of receipt of such package. 

Express Shipping:

Express shipping takes minimum 4-6 working days depending upon pin code or area of delivery. This can be delayed to some extend depending upon the weight of package and pin code or area of delivery or due to unavoidable conditions or circumstances. Please note that no compensation whatsoever will be provided to customers in case of any delay.

An order may be cancelled if:

1. Payment is not credited in account or customer do not make payment through either mode (as above) after confirmation of order within 02 working days. 

2. Material ordered is out of stock due to any reason, however if shown available on website then also the order will be treated as cancelled. All refunds in this case will be initiated within 1-2 Business days from our side, time taken by the customers bank will be extra.

3. Information provided by a customer is found incomplete. The customer will be notified within 24-72 business hours in such an event. It will be the customer's responsibility to furnish correct information and re-place the order within 48 hours. You can also Email us on support@konceptsolar.com immediately to get the best possible solutions and information.
